2. Listing Authenticity & Landlord Responsibility
Landlords are solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded property descriptions, pricing, and images reflect genuine and available properties. Listings containing fabricated details will be terminated immediately.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in fraudulent behavior, unauthorized commercial brokerage, spam, harassment, or publish non-existent properties. Violations will result in immediate permanent account suspension and potential law enforcement referral.
4. Limitation of Liability
RoomFinder Nepal operates as a community technology connector. We facilitate discovery and direct interaction. Rental transactions, lease covenants, and monetary exchanges occur directly between landlords and tenants at their own discretion.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material updates will be communicated through our website and notification channels.
